The Love of Paris

Class and elegance permeates every surrounding structure. Tastefulness, sophistication, and style are woven together with romantic passion and infused all around you. This beloved city evokes an enthralling sensation, which makes it easy to see why so many historic persons found Paris to be so inspiring. Little wonder why Parisians are noticeably so proud of their unique city. We will always have fond memories of new lovers being seduced by the intoxicating ambiance of the Seine River. Yes love was in the air and everyone and everything seemed to be influenced by this infectious euphoria.

In addition the business men and women, legs crossed, one arm perched upright peacefully sipping away at their café au lait before they start their day, or a cappuccino while they religiously take their afternoon break. Café life is a fundamental part of everyday living, terraces lining the open streets add to Paris’s unrivaled sophisticated atmosphere. Social and class distinctions are forgotten and the minds of intellectuals, artists, aristocrats, and the working class all convene and share the same environment.

Paris spawns a love affair with the simple pleasures of life. Romance and passion breathe life into their renowned cuisine. Mornings would not be complete without a delectable croissant along side a customary café au lait. Enjoy a crêpe as a mid afternoon exception, introducing you to one of the many sinful Parisian indulgences. Make a point of trying their Roasted Canard (duck) complemented by a Côtes du Rhône 2005, from the Vallée du Rhône. Everywhere you turn there seems to be a baguette, riding behind in a bike basket, or in the grasp of a walking pedestrian with a few bites missing, or standing tall on the passenger seat emerging out of a paper bag of fresh groceries.

This metropolis seems so broad and spacious, giving the impression of covering miles of land. Widened boulevards and roomy sidewalks help contribute to the feeling of vastness. Grand overwhelming monuments have space to breathe as they overwhelm their on lookers and lavish interiors engulf their admirers, never a dull moment for the enthusiast.

Had enough of the tourist filled attractions? Then step into the quaint little world of Montmartre. Getting lost in the quiet and charming streets will present you with an experience you will never forget.

If someone was to limit us to only one city of choice in the world, it would have to be Paris!

Enjoy!
